2025 Energy Efficiency Rebates Available

Red River Valley has announced standards for the 2025 Energy Efficiency Rebate Program. 

Effective January 1, 2025, the program includes rebates for high-efficiency heat pump units and electric water heaters. 

Rebate dollars are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  The 2025 Energy Efficiency Program has a budget cap of $50,000.  Once the rebate budget has been met, the program will

end for the 2025 year. 

Rebates Available:

·                 Ground Source Heat Pump

o   New Installation - $1,000/ton

o   Retrofit Installation - $500/ton

·                Air Source Heat Pump

o   New/Retrofit Installation - $200/ton

·                Water Heater

o   New Construction - $250

o   Gas/Propane to Electric - $250
